As Managing Director Human Resources, I work for Coca-Cola European Partners Deutschland GmbH. Prior to that, I was VP People as well as Corporate VP Organizational Development & Change for the Swedish group Vattenfall. I was also a member of the supervisory board at Vattenfall GmbH. At the international management consultancy Capgemini Consulting I led the practice as Head of Change Management.

Extensive experience in industry and management consulting with focus on change coaching and change management support of business transformations.

I offer professional coaching in addition to my full-time job. Based on my own experience and previous roles, the focus is on #Change #Leadership #Female #HR.

I bring extensive experience in change and transformation management, human resources, sales and marketing from working in corporations, management consulting and start-ups.

I am characterized by energy, enthusiasm and result orientation.

I am a graduate economist (University of Bonn) as well as a systemic consultant and coach (isb Institut für Systemische Beratung, Wiesloch). Additionally, I am a Scrum Master (agile42) and certified for Hogan Assessments.

If the focus is on content exchange and change consulting, I will accompany you as a sparring partner. Together we shape the upcoming organizational change with a central focus on the people factor - whether as change leader or change designer. We are happy to discuss an integrated, holistic change program that enables you to effectively manage the change project.
