process

First session for contracting is free, then agreement on objectives.
Regular face-to-face sessions last 90 to 120 minutes on average, shorter if held by video.
Sessions structured on GROW model (goal, reality, options, what next).
Agreement on number of sessions.
Interim progress review and evaluation to conclude.
