philosophy
In my coaching regarding career issues and crisis intervention I am looking at personal strengths and resources. My solution focused approach motivates my clients, nourishes their self-confidence and empowers them to shape their unique career and tackle crises.

A coaching doesn´t turn you into a different person. But what it does is that it helps you realise where you are today, where you want to be tomorrow and how you can get easier from “A” to “B”.

As your Coach I am looking at your strengths and potential and guide you in developing your own solutions. The working frame of coaching is voluntariness, mutual acceptance and trust according to previously agreed „rules“. We meet at eye level, with mutual respect and appreciation.
